1) Membership

(one-time onboarding fee, waived if enrolled in newborn package)

Enrollment Fee: $1,000 per family

Ideal for families looking for ongoing, personalized care with unlimited virtual access and priority scheduling.

Monthly Fee:

  • $300/month for a single child

  • $275/month per child for multiple children

Membership Benefits:

  • 4 In-Office Visits Per Year (for well or sick visits, $150/visit afterwards)

  • Unlimited Virtual Contact

  • Priority Scheduling & Direct Access for urgent needs

  • Flexible Vaccination Options (available at cost through a local pharmacy, may be processed through your insurance)

  • $150 Discount on House Calls

  • Contact Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 365 days a year

  • If I’m away, another trusted pediatrician will be available for urgent needs

2) A La Carte

(one-time onboarding fee, waived if enrolled in newborn package)

Enrollment Fee: $250 per family

For families who prefer care on an as-needed basis.


Wellness Physicals: $350 per child

(Includes School & Sports Physicals)
